How do I book a vet appointment in Khilkhet?+
Call 01622-133533, message us on WhatsApp or use the booking form to prepare a WhatsApp request. Tell us your pet’s type, concern and preferred visit time. The appointment is confirmed only after the clinic replies.
Where is Dhaka PetLab located?+
Visit Major Castle, Ka-14/2, Kuratoli, Khilkhet, Dhaka. Use the Google Maps link on our contact page for directions, or call if you need help finding the entrance.
What are your opening hours?+
We are open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, seven days a week. Call to confirm doctor and service availability for your preferred time.
Which appointment should I choose for an unwell pet?+
Start with a veterinary consultation if you do not have a specific test request. Describe the changes you have noticed and when they began.
What should I bring?+
Bring vaccination records, earlier reports and current prescriptions. Photos or videos of symptoms that come and go can also help the discussion. Travel with a secure carrier or lead.
Should my pet fast before the test?+
Ask us before changing food, water or medicine. Preparation depends on the test and your pet’s health. Follow the instructions given for your appointment, not a general fasting schedule found online.
Can I bring a urine or stool sample?+
Contact us first. The clinic can confirm whether home collection is suitable and give instructions for the container, handling and delivery time.
Can I discuss a report from another clinic?+
Bring the complete report, date and any related prescriptions to a consultation. The vet can discuss the findings with your pet’s history and examination.
Can I book vaccination without previous records?+
Yes, you can request a vaccination review. Bring any information you have, and tell the vet that the history is incomplete. Call first to confirm vaccine availability.
How much will the visit or test cost?+
Call or WhatsApp with the service or test name for current pricing. The cost depends on what your pet needs; ask which consultation, sampling and follow-up charges are included before booking.
Are you a 24-hour emergency hospital?+
No. Our opening hours are 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. For an urgent concern, call first to check whether we can help now. If your pet is in immediate distress and we are unavailable, seek an available veterinary emergency service rather than waiting for a message reply.
Can I book on WhatsApp?+
Yes. Send your name, pet type, main concern and preferred date and time. Wait for the clinic’s reply before treating the visit as confirmed. For urgent availability, call instead.
