WHAT THE SERVICE INVOLVES
What this test
can help explain.
Immunology covers a range of tests rather than a single universal panel. Knowing the clinical question and exact assay helps avoid booking a test that does not answer your veterinarian’s concern.
General information, not a diagnosis. Your veterinarian recommends care based on your pet’s history and examination.
Plan sample collection
Ask which sample is needed, how it should be handled and whether collection can be arranged here.
Review the findings
The report is one part of the assessment. Discuss it with the veterinarian alongside your pet’s symptoms and earlier records.
Agree on the next step
Ask whether the findings change the care plan, need a repeat sample or require another investigation.
BEFORE YOUR VISIT
Simple preparation.
A calmer appointment.
- Follow the preparation instructions given by the veterinary team.
- Bring previous reports, prescriptions and recent test results.
- Do not fast your pet unless the clinic specifically confirms it.

BEFORE YOU BOOK
Your questions,
answered.
Is there one test for every immune problem?+
No. The useful test depends on the suspected condition. Share the exact request or discuss the concern in a consultation.
Should my pet fast before the test?+
Ask us before changing food, water or medicine. Preparation depends on the test and your pet’s health. Follow the instructions given for your appointment, not a general fasting schedule found online.
When will I get the results?+
Ask the clinic for the expected turnaround for the specific test before sample collection. Some investigations take longer than others. Your veterinarian can explain what the findings mean and whether another test is needed.
How much will the visit or test cost?+
Call or WhatsApp with the service or test name for current pricing. The cost depends on what your pet needs; ask which consultation, sampling and follow-up charges are included before booking.
